RECHARGE by tuning into nature with a gentle hike incorporating some walking meditation followed by a sunset yoga class! We will focus on unplugging from technology to realign to the rhythms of nature; clearing our heads and revitalizing our energy.
Accessible to everyone from beginner to intermediate! Bring your mat & water!
We will meet at the main entrance & we start right on time. Drop-in cash payment is accepted at the door, however, all credit card payments need to be done pre-session.

Due to the time of year, there will likely be different bugs along our trails. Please wear appropriate clothing to protect yourself against the usual suspects (mosquitos, flies & ticks). Mandy will always have some bug spray for the participants but best you wear loose long clothing and have some bug repellant. Although rare to come across infected ticks, please educate yourself on the ticks in Ontario:  https://www.ontario.ca/page/lyme-disease

~A GUIDE TO REDUCING STRESS, LIVING WITH EASE AND EMBODYING CALM~

This class will provide tools for managing stress and discomfort, as we learn to alter how we respond to both internal and external stressors. By using restorative yoga postures, we will create an environment in which the body can rest in a fully safe and supported state; opening space for transformation. You will be guided through breath, mindfulness and staying embodied 
in the moment to learn to acknowledge & shift these unconscious stress patterns. Once the nervous system has been 'grounded', Mandy will teach meditation techniques to weave the new awareness into deeper areas of body and mind for a lasting change.

The 6 weeks will build from a foundation accessible to all levels and progress based on the unique participants. These classes are designed to help bring space to the mind (breath), reduce reactivity (stress), and allow happiness to thrive
