
Introduction to Meditation

Are you ready to explore your inherent wisdom and embark on a journey of self-awareness that brings lasting change and peace to your life?

This is an inspiring and uplifting course where you learn the step-by-step building blocks of physical & mental techniques for meditation & mindfulness. Each lesson will have a talk based on traditional paths of meditation (not everyone fits one kind of meditation) encouraging us to cultivate a deeper understanding and connection to our personal practice before meditation. These ancient tools of self-reflection & conscious awareness are designed to help you let go of stress, cultivate mindfulness, and dissolve old patterns so that you can step into peace and freedom, and embody love.
No experience is needed. Mandy encourages everyone who is considering the course to watch the Intro Video below before registering.

1) Attend each week or rewatch the recording and build your meditation practice week to week
2) Practice each meditation lesson and mindfulness tools given for a minimum period of 7-10 days
3) Attend or rewatch the ‘Live’ Zoom Calls
4) Ask Mandy questions through email up to 3 months from the time of purchase
5) Discover which type of meditation best suits you
6) Become self-sufficient in your meditations so you can continue without a guide
The Flow Of Your Journey
The Online Modules are on a drip release every 10 days starting Tuesday, Sept 16th, 2025 and the 3 ‘Live’ Zoom classes are spaced out every 2-3 weeks. The course is designed for optimal integration and requires enough space in between the sessions to practice the lessons learned. A part of the journey is giving time for self-reflection and to have their own direct experience with the teachings.
