CLASS STRUCTURE

You'll find the themes evolving every few weeks, keeping your wellness journey engaging and inspiring. Each class is thoughtfully crafted, complimenting the week’s discussion with a meditation, yoga nidra, or mindfulness practice, and tools to nurture calmness, self-regulation, and deeper sleep.

You have the option to follow a structured course, aiding your wellness journey with comprehensive course content, or to drop in as your schedule permits with recordings available for 30 days. Whether you're a beginner or possess a seasoned practice, there's a place for everyone. This is a safe space for the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Whether you're a beginner or have a seasoned practice, you'll find the evolving themes every few weeks refreshing, keeping your wellness journey engaging and inspiring. Each class is thoughtfully crafted, intertwining the week's insightful discussion with soothing meditation or mindfulness practices, and providing empowering tools to weave tranquility seamlessly into your everyday life.

Since there are many paths and practices out there, you will learn about the 4 formal meditations paths and techniques, offering the ability to experience, reflect and choose your own meditative journey (with support and guidance from Mandy of course!)
